My name is Mike Jacovelli. I’ve been fascinated by herbs, gardening and cooking with my produce for many years. There is something very fulfilling about growing your own food, see the process from start to finish. My greatest pleasure when it comes to gardening is herbs, there are so many benefits that come with herb gardening the most obvious is you can use it in your cooking. Fresh herbs taste tenfold better than dried and you know where it has come from and how it has grown.
